Tokopedia is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. When users have any issues related to transactions or features in Tokopedia, the help center is one of the support to find a solution.

This revamp project has been a pleasant journey in my career as UI Designer at Tokopedia. We managed to give a fresh look and also improve the navigation to ease users from finding any FAQs or troubleshooting articles. Kudos to everyone in ops team that involved in this project.
